Hutiian 588 RTV Silicone Gasket Maker
Huitian 588 Red Gasket Maker sealr after contact with moisture-cured to form a silicone rubber gasket having flexibility. The product has anti-aging, weathering, heat, will not harden, shrink or crack and other properties. It is mainly used engine oil pan, transmission gear cover, axles and other parts of the bonding and sealing. This product is suitable for a temperature range of -60 ℃ ~ 265℃
Typical Usage
This product is not binding limit the size and shape of the face, can replace a variety of rubber, asbestos mat, cork pad and paper pad, to the flange of the automobile, motorcycle engines, gear boxes, axles and various machinery and equipment combined with the implementation of the sealing surface.

How to Use:
1.with cotton and organic solvent to be sealed remove surface oil and impurities.
2.the plastic tube in a suitable whole cut beak, with the glue gun glue to end faces to be sealed, and allowed to form a continuous plastic ring.
3.close two seal faces and secured with bolts.
4.one hour early solid, at 25 ℃, 50% humidity, fully cured within 24 hours. In cooler or dry conditions takes a long time to cure.
5.sealed hose sealant remaining can be used until the next one.
